Twist Tite Manufacturing is a U.S.-based manufacturer of precision, externally threaded fasteners supporting aerospace, defense, and mission-critical applications. Founded in 1994, Twist Tite has earned a long-standing reputation for quality, responsiveness, and technical expertise—serving programs where performance, traceability, and consistency are essential. Within Parker Manufacturing Group, Twist Tite provides specialized expertise in high-performance materials while contributing to a broader multi-facility manufacturing network.
Twist Tite operates under a disciplined quality system certified to AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 and has maintained QSLM certification since 1994. The company holds the distinction of being the longest continuous holder on record of Class 2, Class 3, and Rivet QSLM certifications, reinforcing its long-standing role as a trusted supplier to U.S. defense programs.
The company manufactures bolts, screws, and studs ranging from #4-40 through 9/16 diameter, with overall lengths up to 6 inches. Twist Tite is among a select group of manufacturers capable of producing Dovetail Recess fasteners, with dovetail products produced in #4-40 sizes. The company also supports a wide range of drive and recess styles, including licensed Phillips recess, Phillips ACR, Torq-Set, Tri-Wing, six-lobe, slotted, hex, square, D-head, and externally driven configurations.
Twist Tite works with a broad range of aerospace-qualified materials, including alloy steel, 431 stainless steel, 347 stainless steel, A286 stainless steel, Inconel 718, PH13-8Mo, 17-4 stainless steel, Greek Ascaloy, AMS 6304, and 6-4 titanium (6-4 Ti available in 3/16, 1/4, and 5/16 diameters).
Manufacturing capabilities include hot and cold heading, forging, CNC machining, milling and turning, thread and fillet rolling, centerless grinding, slotting, trimming, and manual machining, supported by full in-house inspection and quality systems. All products are manufactured using fully traceable, certified materials and inspected to meet stringent aerospace and defense requirements.
